Each production step is handled with the utmost care, tailored to your personal requirements. Whether you're planning a corporate anniversary or a sports event, we support you from the initial design to the final product. Once a suitable design is developed, it is encoded and processed using CNC milling. A laser engraving or spark erosion machine carves the design into custom steel dies, which are then hardened, polished, and chrome-plated.

In the final stage, the motifs are embossed onto the medals, whose surfaces can be finished in gold, silver, copper, or other custom finishes. Further refinement options include direct printing, color filling, or engraving. We also offer striking 3D embossing for added visual impact.
