With a lot of heart and soul, we have expanded our competencies in the field of minting technology and have also perfected the faithful reproduction of historical medals through the use of innovative manufacturing processes.
In every step of our manufacturing process, we therefore also devote special care to your personal wishes - whether planning a company anniversary or a sporting event, we support you from the design to your finished custom-made wish medal: After completion of the suitable design, it is coded in our company and entered into the processing program of a CNC milling machine. Using a laser engraving or spark erosion machine, the motif is then milled into steel stamps specially made for your desired order. After reworking, the stamps are hardened, polished and chrome-plated - creating detailed, exact images of your desired motif as embossed stamps.
In the final production step, the motifs are embossed onto the medal, whose surface is coated according to your wishes. In addition to the classic gold, silver and copper metal colors, you can also choose from special nuances and cuts. Furthermore, you have the possibility to refine the medal by a direct print, a color layout, or an engraving. As a special eye-catcher we also offer plastic 3D embossing.
There are also no limits to your design options when it comes to choosing the shape and size. So in addition to medal sizes from 10 mm up to 100 mm (0,5 g - 1 kg), you can also choose between classic shapes and special shapes.
