After the initial consultation that has taken place through our team, we can go one step further in the production process. Our employees can draw on a factory of over 30,000 motifs designed according to customer requirements and therefore also on a very large number of embossing tools - and a lot of experience.

In the area of design, we try to implement your ideas as accurately as possible. Starting with a first artistic draft up to the final artwork, we offer you a comprehensive service for your design ideas. We can react flexibly to your individual specifications.

Once the designs fully meet your requirements, we are able to take a step further towards development. Our offer in the field of development is also wide. At MünzManufaktur we make various forms of models, such as master models or model plates, as well as other prototypes. We will provide you with comprehensive advice on what best suits your needs.

 

The first step in the production of the many products manufactured by the MünzManufaktur is a consultation with our team. The first consultation is very important, because there the foundations for further production are laid and it is thus a focus of our comprehensive service.

Our highly trained team has extensive knowledge and years of experience in the production of coins, medals, various ingots, minting tools and other custom products such as cups and awards. We build on this knowledge and experience to provide our customers with competent and comprehensive advice.

The consultation between our customers and our employees is done in terms of design, materials and also the subsequent manufacturing processes. There are many different choices available to you. You can choose between precious and base metals, between different surface finishes such as gold plating, silver plating, rhodium plating and between different techniques such as stamping, embossing and casting.

Our consultation is very far-reaching and we are at your side with advice and action at any time. First we check the feasibility of your idea, then we go into the more in-depth and detailed consultation. We take into account your individual wishes and ideas and respond with artistic sensitivity to the given occasion.

 

The production of prototypes is an important basis in the production process. A prototype is a first model of a planned product and often already corresponds to the technical characteristics of the later end product. Prototypes can have different functions. On the one hand, such a model can be used to test the suitability of a product to be manufactured. On the other hand, a model can also be used to continue working on the later design. The development of models often serves as a preparation for a larger series production, but they can also be planned for a single piece, which should only represent a certain concept.

The production of models has the advantage that errors are already identified in the first production steps. By identifying certain errors at an early stage, they can be corrected in time to save time and costs in the further process. The production of models enables us to document the development status of a product in a clear form, both for us and for our customers. Both sides get an impression of the work and can better work on it together and optimize it.
